Andy finds himself questioning his manhood, as he stays at home and takes care of his kids. Brenda, his wife, has her own bakery; she makes bread, metaphorically and literally. Cookies are her specialty; she sells every kind of flavor you could imagine. Donald, Andy and Brenda’s youngest child, loves snicker doodles the best. Everyone in the neighborhood gets their baked goods from Brenda’s bakery. Friends and family have been coming for years. “Great tasting cake, cookies, and sweets are hard to give up,” says her oldest customer Mrs. Jane. Happy birthday parties are always tastier when they’re at Andy and Brenda’s, everyone leaves with sweets. It’s up to Andy to get the house in order though. Just as he finishes cleaning the house and getting the kids dressed he always finds something more to clean. Kangaroo Beanie Babies thrown down the stairs. Lemons cut open and smashed on the kitchen floor. Monopoly game pieces flood the hallway. Nuts shells are left all over the kitchen. “Oh please for once can this house stay clean,” Andy begs. “People will be arriving soon.” Quarters seem to find there way in between the sofa cushions. “Remember to tuck in your shirts boys,” Andy says. “Shut up dad, we do what we want,” the boys reply. “Thanks for using nice words boys,” Andy says, as he shakes his head. Umbrellas float down the stairwell and crash onto the nice would floors in the foyer. “Vacuum your rooms before everyone gets here.” Walking up the stairs with the vacuum Andy worries about what he might find. Xylophone pieces are scattered across the hallway. “You guys need to learn how to keep things clean and listen.” “Zap,” says the youngest boy as he tasers Andy.
